Dr. Anshu Sharma is Associate Professor of Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS) at O. P. Jindal Global University (JGU). In this capacity of Vice Dean for the Office of Online and Blended Education (OOBE), she is the head of all online programmes offered by JGBS. She is also serving as the Vice Dean for JGBS Office of Career Services, where she is responsible for internships and career services for learners across all under-graduate and post-graduate residential programmes at JGBS.
